不生不滅

They are neither produced nor destroyed.

心的本質＝空。
心是一切萬法的源頭，既然如此，
它可以是山，
可以是海，
可以是日，
可以是月……，
它可以是一切的一切，
但是分析到最後不能再分析之時，
萬事萬物之間產生了共同之點，
那就是──一切都由心所創造，
一切都只是心王的遊戲罷了。
「空」是宇宙最終極的存有，
請注意，
這〝存有〞二字也只是假名安立，
因為空已經超越有或無，
實在不能說它是有，
也實在不能說它是無，
總而言之，
當一切的妄念止息之後，空的狀態就豁然開朗了。
故切記不能以相對世界的有或無去理解「空」，
因為這是一條行不通的路，
只有脫離了語言文字的束縛，
以直觀的方法才能碰觸到所
謂的「空」。
所以，不論一切如何變化，
「空」還是「空」，
「空」已經超越了現象界的生、住、異、滅，
它是沒有所謂開始或結束，
更沒有所謂的生或死，
它是一種「不生不滅」的永恆境界。

    The essence of Heart, Citta* in Sanskrit term, is empty.

     Heart is the origin of all things (dharmas).  Therefore, it could 
be mountain, sea, the sun, the moon........etc.   Heart could be
anything or everything!

     Far beyond extremely microscopic analysis that mind can go,
you find that all things have something in common.    That is
“Myriad things but one mind”!   
Everything is created by mind.  Everything in this world is caused
by games or illusion of mind.

    Emptiness is the ultimate existence of everything in this world.
Caution!  Because Emptiness is far beyond the differentiation of
existence and non-existence, the term "existence" is only
a fictitious name and state.  Emptiness neither appear nor disappear
since it transcends both the affirmation of existence and the denial
of existence.

    In short, when wondering thoughts completely cease, the state of
Emptiness becomes clear all of a sudden!

    Keeping in mind, don’t use the idea of existence and non-existence
that adheres to this relative world to probe “Emptiness”.
This is no way!  Please transcend the pitfalls of images and
differentiating thought.  Free from the limitation of languages and
characters.  Use “intuition or straight-forward-mind” and
you may touch Emptiness.

    In spite of Emptiness making countless changes, “Emptiness is
still the Emptiness”!    Emptiness transcends birth, existence,
alteration and extinguishment of the world.  Emptiness has no beginning
and the end.  Emptiness doesn’t have birth and extinguishment.  Emptiness
fixes in an everlasting condition “Neither produce nor destroy”!
